Firestone Capital Circle NE is the spot for car maintenance. Always takes the time to explain what is needed and why, to keep my car in top shape and reliable. Dustin, the GM is always professional and courteous of time. Highly recommend to anyone!

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, cabin filter change and possible radiator coolant flush for 7 a.m. on 7/3/26. When I scheduled the appointment I asked how long it would take with all services. The girl told me that it would be about an hour for oil change/cabin filter and an extra 1/2 hour for coolant flush if we decided to get it. We were the first ones there at 7 a.m. lights were still off in the store when we walked in. We went across lot to restaurant for breakfast and saw they didn't pull our car in for over 40 minutes. We could see the bay from our table in the restaurant. Mechanic was 'late' is what we were told when we got back there. We finished breakfast - car was still in bay - we kept asking status. No manager on duty - My husband saw that they didn't start on cabin air filter until 10 a.m. Dawson told me they were 'waiting for air bubbles to go to top of radiator'. I'm not stupid. If you're flushing with a machine it's quick. If you are manually doing it - 2 hours - but they're not manually doing it - they were short-staffed and just slacking with work. They need an award for crea

They also did the alignment that they never got to yesterday and gave me a lifetime alignment at no charge because of the inconvenience. I think it says a lot about a business how they handle issues after the fact, and they handled this really well. I changed my 2 star rating to a 5 based on my interactions with staff and office manager today. 4/16 review: I brought my vehicle in today with concerns about the suspension. My appointment was at 9:00 AM, and I arrived at 9:05 AM. After evaluation, they let me know around 9:45 AM what the problem was and recommended struts/shocks (among many other things). I let them know I only wanted the struts and the shocks and was told the job would take about four hours. Around 2 PM, I started to let them know that I needed to leave no later than 3:15 PM, and I was repea
